What is your return policy?
We are governed and adhere to, the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.
Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.

What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your contract between us within the fourteen-day cooling-off period we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
In this case, we will refund the price of the goods, (excluding delivery charges). However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please note, should you wish to return any items, the packaging will need to be returned in the condition it was delivered in. Failure to do so may result in deductions from your refund or your refund request may be refused.
What if my order is faulty or damaged?
If a product is suspected to be faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and a replacement or refund will be arranged. Please send images and your order number to support@boilerpacks.com If a product has been fitted and/or used and is suspected to be faulty, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
What if I have received the wrong item?
If you suspect you've received the wrong item, please send a photo and your order number to support@boilerpacks.com, we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Disclaimer
Please do not book any trades persons to complete a job involving goods ordered from ourselves, until all parts of your order have been received in good order. Boiler Packs cannot be held responsible for any delays, standing time charges that you may incur due to damages, defects, faults or issues with goods in transit.
Boilers are supported by field engineers
Most boiler brands operate their own field engineer service and will not accept returns unless one of their engineers has visited and confirmed that the product is faulty (not the installation). Where major brands have their own field engineer service, customers will be advised of the appropriate remedial action by the Boiler Packs Customer Service department. For these brands, returns will not be accepted unless an engineer has confirmed the fault.
