When do you dispatch and deliver?
Our normal delivery days are working days, Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. In most cases, your item(s) will be dispatched same day providing we receive your order by 12pm. We use reliable couriers as well as our own fleet of vehicles.
What are your online delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary, depending on the item(s) ordered and what delivery service you choose. These choices will be clearly shown at checkout, examples are also below.
If your order has been shipped on a pallet e.g. boilers, there may be a redelivery charge if you are not available during your booked delivery slot.
A combination of items in the basket may result in a combination of delivery charges.

What if my order is faulty or damaged?
If a product is suspected to be faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and a replacement or refund will be arranged. Please send images and your order number to support@boilerpacks.com If a product has been fitted and/or used and is suspected to be faulty, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Please do not book any trades persons to complete a job involving goods ordered from ourselves, until all parts of your order have been received in good order. Boiler Packs cannot be held responsible for any delays, standing time charges that you may incur due to damages, defects, faults or issues with goods in transit.
